Ive been using Jio since the company laucnhed its introductory offer and it has been my primary mobile carrier since then. Heres my review-
Network:
Jios network is kind of a hit or miss thing. Sometimes its strong and the internet connectivity is quite good but most of the time and especially during peak hours the internet speed is too slow. Videos at youtube buffer at 360p and sometimes incoming calls dont even connect and youll receive a message sometime later that the person miscalled you, this happens many times.
Customer Service:
The customer service of Jio is good. The customer care executives listen to problem carefully and register the complaint immediately and they assure that they will try to solve the issue in 48 hours. I have raised many complaints and they are solved for a week or two and after that the same problem appears again and I have to recall them. So I can say the complaints are resolved but not permanently,
Charges:
Jio offered the most value for money plans up until recent times but now many other companies are offering identical plans for almost the same price but with some terms and conditions involved. One thing I like about Jios plans is that you pay once for a finite amount of time and then there is no tension of balance running out because calling and data is practically unlimited.
Verdict:
If you are planning to buy a primary SIM for your headset I wont recommend Reliance Jio because of the network fluctuations and comparatively slow internet speed but if you are planning to buy a secondary SIM then you can definitely consider Jio.
