The jio network is now crossing millions of customers across the country.but their services are really below average
using jio from few months. I was really disappointed
I am facing so many call drops and most of the the calls get disconnected .
also their their 4g speeds are really poor in our area it feels like I m running a 2g or 3g network instead.
most of the times their customer service is on busy line so I have to wait for hours to complain my issue.
yet they are giving below average performance in return of cheap plans
