I am using this device from around a week here is my review after using this device for around 1 week.
First for those who don’t know what jio-fi is .actually jio-fi is a device used for providing internet service to number of mobile phones with a single data sim.
I bought this device from amazon in great indian festival sale for 999 and I also got an additional discount of 10 percent through bank so overall it costed me around 900.
LOOKS AND SIZE:
as per size it is very compact and looks wise there is nothing special as its just a portable router it comes only in one color that is black and its made up of plastic but the overall quality is quite good and durable and you can also put it anywhere in you pocket or in your bag without any hassles because of its compact size, and on front it has three led lights for information.
BATTERY:
it has a 2600 mah battery which easily last for about 7-8 hours when fully charged. Moreover there are no heating issues while charging or using so we can say that battery ha no heating problems.
STORAGE:
This device also supports an external sd card upto a maximum storage capacity of 32 gb.
CONNECTIVITY:
One can connect upto a maximum of 32 devices on this router but the speed of connectivity falls when connected above 7or 8 devices.
SPEED:
It supports s download speed of upto 150 mbps and an upload speed of 50 mbps these are maximum figures actual speed depends upon connectivity in your area .
VOICE CALLS:
the best feature of this device that seperates this device from other routers available in market is that it also allows a feature of voice calling on all connected device via app named jio 4g voice.
FINAL VERDICT:
after using this device I couldn’t find any negative point about this device and therefore I would recommend all to buy this device as its being provided on discount right now.
