Hello friend I bought this jiofi which is of Relieance company last week and I was so intrested to take it out of the hood and after I did that I just went through the manuals and insertwd the sim card and was about to kick started. but after doing everything it says no charge so I was like allright kept it in charging for 1.30 hrs and then it started working fine and later thsi tuesday it started misbehaving like connect and then again disconnected. Im not sure what exactly went wrong with yhe product but I aint liking this stuff as I nees to complete my college stuff but not able to do it as im left with no interner connection with my jiofi device. The speed was preety nice last week but now its not pairing with my device though I have full 2 GB of data left in my sim card. This is my humble request to Mr.Ambani that plz resolve my issue at the earliest. as I spended money on your product and now I wont sit idle to take its tantrum. connectivity issue it have got and later the service support from jio call center is so worse. they are only taking my complain as Service Request( SR) and proving me SR reference number all the time I call them. till now I got 3 SR reference number but no damn resolution. I dont know how they are running business. if anybody expereinced the same issue do let me know in the comment section below. Thank you
