I am using JioFi 2 device from the past 3 months. The product really works very well as promised by the Reliance company. The device is handy and doesn’t occupy much space. It easily fits into a trouser pocket and we can carry it anywhere.
coming to the design and body, the device is a full black rounded rectangular thing with a WPS button on one side and a USB charge point on the other. And coming to the functionality, the device delivers the expected goods.
Connection: the ISP connection is consistently good; though hardly once or twice, it slows down . the speed on offer is consistently above the 2 mbps mark. And the connection is reliable, as the signal hardly breaks.
from the past 3 months, I faced connection issues twice or thrice. so its highly reliable.
Service & Support: the customer service of reliance is good in my locality of Andhra Pradesh. The support offered is good.
The device, powered by 2300 mAh battery, holds up good for 8 hours when 4 devices are connected.
so for a price of Rs.2499, this device is a steal.
