I took a new connection and the Reliance representative told me the connection would be made avaialable on the same day. They told I had to make the payment first. On making the payment I got a mail saying the connection would be made within 48 hrs. I contacted them again and he assured me the connection would be done on the same day. Next day morning I called him again and he told it would be done on that day itslef. As no one turned up till about 4.30 pm, I tried to reach him again, but, despite calling him more than times, he never took my calls.
Though I have shown Internet speed and Connection reliability as poor, I cannot comment on it as I am yet to get the connection. I am showing it as poor as I cannot proceed unless I complete that.
What I want to say is that they make false prmoises just to acquire a new customer. Please don’t get carried away by their marketing talk.
