I have checked speed in 3 states so far(Again it will varies from place to place)
Gujarat- it was very good in Most of the areas.speed was about 4Mbps to 22Mbps
Maharastra-it was very good in Mumbai, inside the airport speed was very bad.speed varies from 2Mbps to 14Mbps
Karnataka-Its horrible in Bangalore. speed varies from 0.2 Mbps to 4Mbps.
