Jio phone marketed as effectively free phone but think again before buying this phones. I bought this phone on 18 Nov. 2017 and it stopped working within a week, immediately I was gone to the service centre nearby but they told me to pay 1500rs. to get the device working and I said for 1500rs. I could new phone but they said to get it started you need to pay 1500rs. I was so dissatisfied by Jio.
Not just this phone also had numerous problem like it get very hot when we talk or use internet. The phone have a very bright display and cannot reduces the brightness so it is very painful for our eyes.
Network of the will disappear many time to get this thing sorted you are required to restart it.
Customers service as I said early they do not provide any service for damaged for they just ask for 1500rs.
I must say Jio has disappointed me by this phone and just forget about your security deposit 1500rs. because the will not work even for a year.
