Yesturday I bought Jio phone for my mother it cost me around 1500 + 200 for sim card including one month rental. I used this phone for one day and came to know that this phone is better then any other phone first this is best is it has wifi and VOLTE support non of company provide this type of phone yet.
you can watch movie and play music do chat every thing also it support some local language like panjabi, haryanvi, telagu etc. but for one thing for that you will be disspointed is hotspot it does not have Hotspot support. Thing which is good in this phone are -

for connecting with tv you need to by media cable which is unavailable on most of jio stores

these are the things which I dont like on jio phone other wise phone at this price range is best.
apart from that jio given option to connet you phone with TV but for that you need to buy media cablefrom jio store once you brought that cable you can easily connect you phone with youe TV and enjoy watching channels.
