This is the best ever cheating plan launched by reliance.Let me tell you the problems i’m facing with the phone.
1.There is no hotspot is in the phone.
2.Only the jio apps will work on this phone, no other app(whatsapp, duo, imo, adda247 or any other app)will be installed.
3.These jio apps(jio music and jio cinema)stopped working merely after two days.
4.Customer care knows nothing about the phone, they will keep giving you different numbers(199, 198, 1800889199) to call but none will solve your problem and lastly they will tell you to visit the service center or the jio store from where you bought the phone.
5.Memory card inserted in the phone doesn’t show anywhere on the phone.
6.AND LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT A RETURN OF RS1500, YOU NEED TO RECHARE FOR AT LEAST 1500/ANNUM.i.e., IF YOU RECHARGE FOR 4500 IN 3 YEARS YOU GET A CASHBACK OF 1500.IF YOU DON’T RECHARGE WITH THE 153 MONTHLY PLAN THE COMAPNY WILL REPOSSESS THE PHONE FROM YOU.AND IF THEY THEY REPOSSESS THE PHONE FROM YOU OR YOU RETURN(BY YOUR CHOICE) THE PHONE FROM 0-12 MONTHS YOU GET A ZERO(0) CASHBACK BESIDES THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING FROM YOUR SIDE AS GST, FOR 12-24 MONTHS YOU GET 500 CASHBACK(SOME AMOUNTWILL BE DEDUCTED AS GST ALSO) AND FOR 24-36 MONTHS YOU GET 1000 CASHBACK(SOME AMOUNTWILL BE DEDUCTED AS GST ALSO).ALSO IF YOU RECHARGE FOR 4500 IN THREE YEARS BUT COULD NOT RETURN THE PHONE WITHIN 36-39 MONTH PERIOD THEN ALSO YOU GET A ZERO CASHBACK
