Do you wish to buy jio phone tv ? Please check these negatives before thinking to buy jio phone tv. Am sorry sir / madam even if you buy I am not responsible. .Drawbacks : 1. Resolution : we use Hd television so obviously the resolution will be much higher more than 1080 pixels basically but jio gives you only 720 pixels.So if u wish to compromise then go ahead.2. Aspect Ratio : The basic projection ratio of screen is 6: 9 but jio gives you only 4: 3 ratio.So think a bit.3. Channels : Jio tv does not support star channels like star movies, star world, star plus etcs .Since it is only in developing stage. So it uses third party app hotstar to stream such channels. So u have to compromise for such channels.4. Sound : since we are using surround sound hd tv’s to be frank jio does not give the feel of surround sound and gives you only monotic effect. So still if you wish to compromise you can.5. Price of packs : If you using cable/ dth that no matters but you would have paid one time payment for monthly or yearly as a package but for jio tv you need to pay for 3months Rs399 which gives you 1gb/day data. Now think whether 1gb is enough for whole day to watch our favourite channels ? The answer I leve it upon you. But I challenge for live streaming 1gb just lasts for 1hrs 30mins only. If it lasts more than than please do comment me.6. Accessories : If you wish to connect jio phone t.v with your hd t.v through what cable you can connect ? Jio does not provide any accessorie cable to connect its phone to hd t.v. For that again you need to run electronics market to purchase its cable/socket.Added information : Reliance jio provides only 3years free subscriptions to its apps from the date of its launch. Now think after 3years how much you need to pay/month. For example you need to pay for data pack and you need to pay subscription charges separately for its apps too.Apart from this I wish to share my experience on jio t.v was : It does not have any remote control to change chanels and raise up/down volume. So for each time you need to get up and go near you jio phone which is connected to tv and change what you need.Now my question is will you compromise for jio or chage your mind ?
