Hello friend! Today I will review the jio reliance phone for which I paid rs500 online and rs 1000 at the nearest shop to get it.
Then I observed the phone and got to the things as: -
1-Phone network was 4g but the speed is not good the internet runs very slowly and it is like 3g only you can’t experience 4g in the phone as I observed.
2-The Service provided to costumer is what I only like because my phone stopped working within 3 days then I get it for reapair and was repaired in 2 hrs only and I received it the same day.But no use the phone has daily one or another problem and I need to take it daily to the market for service.
3-The phone charged me Rs1500 and a bill was provided to me.
But the phone has disadvantages as no whatsapp, no facebook, no youtube and hotspot is also not there in the phone.The thing those frustrated me was that even after lacking so much things they don’t even provide hotspot also.
Overall a bad performe and a big no from my side.
