Since I bought this phone I am facing many problems which degrade this phone in my view Because jio phone is not complete package according my point of view.It is due when I operate this phone it hangs a lot and the main two problems I face while using this phone that its keypad misoperate automatically when I press any button one time it writes 2 times automatically and the operation completes after few seconds of pressing the button that irritates me.Secondly when I use it for longer time it gets heated and this same problem I face during charging the phone.So I am very disappointed with this phone.
