Firsty I try to book jio phone with app but booking was closed than after few days I desided to buy this phone via shopkeeper .
I buy this phone nearly cost of 1600.
I buy this phone for my mom, my mom was happy to see its classic design
Nearly we we use this phone nearly 3-4 weeks after that its charger pin was not working,
Than I went to shopkeeper , he tolds me that you have to go customer care , after that I went to customer care , he listen my problems and told me that today our staff is not coming so you come to tomorrow and we will solve your problem and I really disappointed from his attitude
And my last request to compaany please provided best customer services to customer to better expercinces .
