Though the phone is good enough in the price range but I am going to highlight the issues which one may face in day today life. So lets start it
(1) The first problem is the customer service. I got the sms from jio that your phone is ready for delivery but when I went to the reliance digital they told me you have to come after some days and after many attempts of mine to the store I got frustrated. So the customer service become a big issue for me
(2) Another remarkable thing is the phone is much slower than expectation though it has 512MB RAM and 4GB of storage.
I don’t face anymore problem than this so that’s all. Thank you
