Hi friends today I want to tell about Reliance mart in Tirupati. Last month 2nd me and my friends are going for a small trip on tirupati. During my trip I was visited the reliance Mart showroom. It is a bad experience for me. In this mart small products alao have high price. I was purchased a mobile which brand is Samsung Galaxy Dues. Which cost is 6, 000/-. I have seen number of customers droping in for shoping. Me and My friends had to walk from one floor to another floor. While I was walking in the mall is there having sharp protruding metal hinges all across the stand. Involuntorily while I was lost choosing some more products to buy. I had to sit for first aid. I am not sure how these racks are designed, this is totally asthetic scene. It is dangerous for the customers to visiting the mart. We are given complaint to the manager and after we are leaving tirupati to home. Recently I was going for an occation. I was again visited Reliance Mart. The management not responding my complaint. Which I was given last month against the protruding metal hinges. Now you think how the management will take care about the customers.This is my experience with this Reliance mart.
