I purchased reliance connection 2 months ago.
And I feel I have commited a gr8 mistake by doing so.
The sms service absolutely doesnt work with GSM operators other then Hutch.I usually interact through sms with my friends who stay out bangalore.But reliance doesnt allow me to do so.And even if I want to surrender my connection they say wud not refund 3, 350/- amount .Instead of introducing schemes like 501/- if reliance wud have though t of improving their service it would have been appreciable.Each time I call the customer care they have only 1 uniform answer that ’’sms service is still under testing process’’ but they dont know how long it wud take!since 2 months I have been listening to same stuff and I m fed up.I hope atleast this mail of mine wud bring some notice to reliance and they wud improove the service better.
