I have reliance sim since 10 years using reliance network I have 3 sims lost 2 years I faced many problems why detecting my money in prepaid customers.
I called customer care his say caller tone adding in your account I don’t add caller tone. No reason for detection of money.
All operators same, this type of reason only in prepaid customers facing tack the action in government immediately. Per example to day 110 rs recharge next day.
My balance checked only 10 Rs no call anyone no message my balance only 10 Rs immediately call to customer care they are no response complete rise told in customer.
