Reliance Prepaid Mobile Service

I have a prepaid connection of reliance which has plan of 3 mins. 1 call. I have recharged the number with Rs.150/- which had a full talk time on 27th March 2014. Some where around 10th of April, my account was showing NIL balance.


I went to reliance world, Jayanagar, Bangalore to inquire about this and  asked them to provide me the statement of my account since last recharge. They told me that they don’t have the right to provide the details and asked me to call their customer care number 198 and talk to them. Last 2-3 days I am trying to contact them.


The executives in lower level they take my request and asking me to hold the call as they are transferring the call to higher ups. After few min.s  the call gets disconnected without attended by the higher authority. I am fed up now so I am writing this here. AS my connection is a prepaid one, I don’t have any other way where I can check my account details. Can anyone help me in this regard?
