Windows you have to go out of the house for reaching the network sir to the roof of the house for just to make one call or send a message or use internet at good speed the three G internet works like a 2G internet the services other than the internet facilities and networking facilities like the customer support and the service centres also likes in every form like they are not good at their behaviours to talk with. the customer and have a lack of conversation technique with the customer so overall talking about the customer facilities and the networking facilities of the network they lack a lot so to be rated it is just like 10 out of 100 other than that if talking about the billing and the rates of the service provided then it is somewhere a winner in the market because. Reliance have been providing the cheapest rates for the networking calling tariff and internet for the masses in India at very low price even today also jio have is winning the market due to its cheap rates only. so I suggest that you should turn over to the new name that is jio of Reliance it would be better .good day.
