While credit goes to Dhirubhai and reliance for making mobile markets heavily competitive, it has worked well to spread mobile services at very fast pace in India.
I have been using my reliance connection since the days of the Rs. 500 handset of LG and have retained my number for business. Over a period of time things have improved. I especially like their SMS services which forms a major part of my communications.
While customer care has come a long way but it still needs a lot of improvement especially with Marathi customer care, they haven’t hired Marathi staffing for fluency.
