The worst customer service, Even though I have balance in my mobile, I cant make a call nor can i send SMS to any one since the last 2 weeks. I cant make use of the basic features of the phone in emergency because of this.
Just the worst experience I ever had with Reliance but still there is no revert or solution from reliance customer service.
Can you imagine I cant make 1 single call from last 2 weeks & this guys are least bother after giving complaint so many times.
I called at*333 & 30333333 & also send mail at customercare@relianceada.com, they just gave complaint no: SR213236063 which is still not resolved.
