I am using the Reliance GSM for more than a year at Tiruppattur, Sivagangai District, Tamil Nadu, India. Very recently with in this 6 months I noticed a greatest difficulty in Reliance GSM Connection. That is whenever there is Power Cut (Electricity Problem), Reliance can not able to given connection.
I gave a complaint about this to the customer care of Reliance GSM but they can n’t able to give any solution for me. They can give only a FALSE PROMISE that the problem will be rectified in 24 hours or their executive will contact us regarding the problem.
Yes its a full and full FALSE PROMISE, so far no one has contacted me and the problem was also not rectified. But they are saying about strong network for them in advertisements. I am sure their network is weakest of the weakest. Better they can say about their network as WHEN THEIR IS A POWER CUT THEIR IS A TOWER CUT Because of this problem I dropped of my idea to depend on Reliance Network in the future......
