About My Reliance Post-Paid Mobile Connection

HELLO EVERYONE,


Being a loyal reliance post-paid mobile customer for past 6 years, for the first time I’m experiencing Reliance Company actually harassing their customers and asking for bill payment much before the bill due date. Is this how the company treats it’s loyal & privileged customers?


I am ashamed to even talk about the Reliance network  though I was happy to be with Reliance so far. And it’s only because the way it’s employees/customer service representatives disrespect and break the professional ethics while speaking to their customers and dishonor them.


WHAT A SHAME RELIANCE!


MY EXPERIENCE :


I hadn’t received my monthly bill which I was supposed to receive in second week  of April 2013 and which is due on 27th April 2013(SMS regarding the bill due date & amount to be paid was sent but no hard copy of bill sent by post to check the break up details of the bill). In spite of no bill received, I paid the bill amount on 23rd April as usual.


After few hours of my payment, a woman named PRIYA (please note her name RELIANCE COMPANY) called me on behalf of Reliance. Her number was 08066695200. She called me on 23rd April 2013 at 11:25 AM. As soon as I picked her call...she starts talking even without listening to me " I am calling from Reliance. pay your bill amount which is due before 27th."


I said , I’ve already paid the bill. She says "no you have not paid, pay it now".


As every month I get this kind of call from RELIANCE before the bill due date and am fed up of proving that I have already paid the bill. Therefore, I told her "you please call up only after the bill due date which is the right time to call. By calling before due date, you’re actually disturbing customer and not giving them to pay the bill at their convenience before bill due date."


She (PRIYA) replied back telling " I will disturb you before and after the bill due date also because it’s my duty to do. "I felt disrespected and angry as well for the way she has aimed to disturb a customer." Truly, I felt very bad. To her reply, I said " I will go to consumer court for talking & harassing a customer like this with rude talks" She (PRIYA) continued "OKAY, OKAY, GO COMPLAIN". After hearing this, I couldn’t talk anymore with such an indecent person and had to disconnect the call.


How bad she (PRIYA) could be! RELIANCE COMPANY will surely lose it’s BUSINESS with employees like this and has actually lost one loyal customer (who was with RELIANCE for past 6 years and paid regularly monthly rentals with no benefits) that’s me...today!
