I have been following up with reliance mobile team since June 2011 to deactivate my two prepaid numbers one of which is CDMA and other being GSM in Delhi. I have tried every solution. I visited Reliance mobile store in Kalkaji as well.
But I get a response every time that a prepaid number cannot be disconnected. Only solution is don’t recharge. I have not recharged my CDMA number since year 2008 and GSM number since Jan 2011. I don’t know how longer I have to wait. I am in a dilemma whom to contact and how can the number be disconnected.
Their customer service, nodal officer and appellate authority is careless and send same scripted responses every time I contact them. I am running out of patience now. I will advice everybody not to go for their pathetic service for the sake of cheap tariffs and loose your peace of mind.
