I m user of RIM since 27th Mar. and since then I have had very few complaints regarding its service.
+ve:
1.R world is the best service provided by them and all of those menus are working now(except R bill) but its free only till 30th sep. and not for 3 yrs.
2.i bought a data cord from reliance webworld on 25th, and I am experiencing a download speed of 20-25kbps.which is great in every terms.also the greatest of all its free till 31st may.
it has a unique way of calculating the usage.ie it just charges for actual downloading of a webpage, file etc, etc and not for the time one is reading the page after it gets downloaded
3.the clarity is simply uncomparable and works even in towers at great height.
4.free sms to all gsm phones, and also sending an email via sms is going to be started(as far as I know only Bpl mumbai provides that)
5.being a WLL it will still provide roaming.with no extra charges
-ve:
1.no bill received so far.
2.rental’s too high.
3.there’s nothing such as free 400min.. we r actually paying for it except 40p/min. which we have paid in the form of rentals.
4.roaming not started so far.
5.vibrator’s not so good in LG handset.(it actually makes noise)6.the correspondents at webworld r dumb, they dont know any latest information abt anything.they even dont know that relianceinfo.com doesnt run on baseband connection(telephone wala connection)
