Reliance mobile operator is one of those companies whose management is like government companies, they don’t care about the quality of service and customer retention and keeps on providing you the worst they can and you can’t do anything.
There network is very bad and there service centers can’t even be compared as your call will never be connected to call center executives, if luck strikes your call might get connected to customer care executive after holding and waiting line for about an hour or so. And unfortunately while talking to executives they will say, our server is down and cannot check you details, call us later . And your problem will still not be resolved.
