Reliance has the worst network I have ever experienced .
I was using Reliance SIM from last one year but I have to face many problems about the network problems service problems customer care problems and many other problems which are high in number
Reliance is a very old company so be believe that they provide the good service to customers but they don’t provide for not fulfill the trains of the customer on their not able to satisfy the customer about the demands
the plans and charges Are nice but with plans and charges the company do not work the company works when the network is very good and there is no for dropped in the network
There is a very busy network when you are trying to call their customer care elective because they are very busy firstly the busy tone is there and call drops in one minute
now I want to share my experience to you to help you more. I was using this thing from my time I face the problem of call drops and maximum problem of network because call drops because of network problem Reliance has a worldwide network but they don’t able to satisfy the customers when there is any problem to you then the customer care executives are not there to help you so I hope you will understand that this is not more reliable we provide Very bad service satisfied customers so I want to advise you not to buy SIM at all
