I am customer of pre-paid mobile of Reliance GSM. There is a frequent deduction of VAS charges from my balance, though I have not subscribed for any VAS service. In a week, three time VAS deduction were made by the service provider.
I tried to contact customer care no. 198, but no response from customer care no. it is a matter of deep concern that such a big company dont care for customer, where the no.198 is pronounced as customer care.
The customer care services are totally dis-satisfactory.
