Hello Guys, Today i.e. 27-April-2015 at 12:30PM, I have received the message that"Amount Charged for VAS EasyMobile VP Rs:20.00.Current Main Balance: Rs:13.22" from "RM-Reliance". I have no idea how I activated this service then I checked for any VAS services so here is the most ridiculous reply I got "Dear Customer, You are not Subscribed to any VAS Packs.
How is this even possible? Balance has been debited for the service that is not even active on my number. Reliance people I want my balance back immediately.
