Customer service is not up to the mark, Customer service representatives are not trained enough and if you talk to them in English, they would reply in Hindi only. Lowest Postpaid plan starts at Rs 350 and goes to Rs 999, Rs 499 plan is recommended for 4G with unlimited calls and messages and 2 GB 4G data.
Billing is Easy online and discounts as well mentioned on the bill.
No service in basements and Metro subways. Call drops and voice break too much.
