I bought a prepaid relience for Rs 2599 with 1500 free tak time with 3 months validity. There was a balance of around 300 rs after 2 and half month.
I had a balance of few hundred rupees and after recharging for life time freed incoming plan that old balance became zero.
Before recharing I asked the salesman , if that will be carried forward, and he told me that it will because it was not expired.
But when the balance became zero he asked me contact reliance directly. and its seems impossible to get the customer care in relience coz it is always busy.
