Laid back attitude of staff

I recently ported my Reliance CDMA PREPAID to Reliance GSM POSTPAID connection the cell phone number. The required documents were submitted and the tele verification process was duly completed after which the service was commenced.


After a few days the service stopped and I could not receive calls and neither could I call anyone. Whenever I am trying to call anyone I am being asked to "contact Reliance customer care to resume service."


On calling the customer care, the executives ask me to visit the nearest Reliance outlet. The Reliance outlet people asked me to submit my documents again, which I did and it has been A WEEK now and the service has still not been resumed.I would like to know that.


WHY was my connection disrupted in the first place even though I had submitted all the required documents and the tel-verification process was completed? WHY has the service still not been resumed even after half a dozen visits to the Reliance outlet and re-submission of the documents? AND finally WHEN is my service going to be resumed?


Is Reliance going to bear the loss that is being incurred by me due to my non availability? What if there is a medical emergency that I need to adhere to? I have not signed up for such a pathetic service and I am utterly frustrated at the obliviousness of your staff. Definitely not going to suggest anyone to avail Reliance services ever.
