I am using Reliance Sim card from last 2 years and I am happy with that . It provides you Cheapest internet than any other sim card. Also there are many great offers for call rate cutter, Reliance to Reliance Unlimited, Full talktime . They make the internet pack according to your budget from lowest pack of Rs. 9 to highest pack of Rs. 12, 99 for 3G internet users. But there are many things which I don’t like in it . 1) Network problem:- There is always a network problem with Reliance . I have to go on the top floor of my house for better network . 2) Bad Customer Care Service:- Their Customer Care Service is very bad . First of all they don’t what problem you are facing, even if you tell them the whole matter they didn’t know how to solve the problem . Even if you tell them that I will port my number to other operator they will tell you "You Can. It is your wish and we cannot do anything regarding this".
If they can Improve these problems then I bet no other telecom operators can compete with Reliance
