Hello, I am using Reliance IndiaMobile even before it was commericially launched (from March 2003) So who can tell better abt the service but for me.
Well I had some pleasant and bitter experiences with them:
Reliance has largest CDMA network in the world. As far as the service goes reliance in terms of network rance is the best of all. I virtually have never seen a place where their network is down. Infact in my lab. no network other than reliance catches. Also their handsets are future ready and multimedia enriched phones which is its strongest USP. Apart frm that now they have also introduced all- INDIA free roaming with single sargest network.
All this true, but reliance customer service sucks!! It’s so bad tat when ever we call either their systems are down or the tell us to go to the nearest webworlds.
Their bills dont come!!!!! I mean on time, and then they send 2 bills together. As thier customer service so thie bills, totally annoying.
But as far as overall ratings concerned I would give 6.5/10..
