I am a customer of Reliance GSM prepaid for past 4 years.Reliance is now the worst service provider in India.After GST , they are continously deducting my balance without my consent.Reliance is not even following TRAI rules.There is no customer care support on 198 or on their app for prepaid customers.All customer care support is on papers not on ground.Reliance is following all possible methods to deduct balance from customers account.Whenever I try to contact 198 or other numbers , call is automatically disconnect before I could talk with customer care.This is all intentional and money making strategy after GST.Reliance 3G or 4G is from thr third world , even Aircel GPRS is better.TRAI should seriously consider ti ban this company .
