Reliance mobile becoming worser than worst.

I am a reliance mobile user from 2005. A month back I lost my mobile and I keep going to almost 6 reliance web world outlets but I could not get the sim card replaced, all I get the answer is No Stock. I called up customer care but nothing happened even after complaining. A web world out let in avadi asked me to pay Rs.150 for the replacement but the actual charge as per phone helpline is just Rs.25, and finally got done after paying Rs.100 in a webworld in Porur chennai after 1 month.


When asked for a recharge coupon the retailer (other location) says no proper service from the marketing executive so no recharge coupons available..


Worst service ever seen.
