I am existing Reliance Mobile customer since its inception. Recently, my old handset did not work and I bought new handset from its webworld in Mumbai on Sunday, 24-6-2007 .Today is Wednesday, 27-6-2007 and still my NEW handset is not activated by Reliance Mobile.I have contacted the webworld & customer care ( from my Relaince Landline ) and I am getting`lolipop answers.
The webworld lady told me that Reliance Mobiles server is DOWN for last 10 days and hence there is such a high delay in activation of NEW handset.I am fade up with Reliance Mobile as I am losing on my business calls.Do Reliance will compensate me for their problem ?NOW, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE NOT TO CHOOSE RELIANCE MOBILE. **Tata Mobile is very good in activation as observed in my wifes handset upgradation. It took just 1.5 hr for starting of new handset. ** If I would be having GSM mobile then switching from one handset to other would have been very simple by changing phonechip. But, in CDMA like Reliances ; they are taking customers for granted or for a ride .**So, choose some good GSM service provider or TATA , but NEVER Reliance Mobile.**Is there any Consumer compensattion scheme for such inefficiency ?
