My name is Yashpal Khatri, I live in Delhi. I am using Prepaid Reliance Mobile No. 9350370677 from the last one and half years alongwith Life time facility. I online e-recharged topup on 19.08.2008 and I had not received any topup/credit value (talk time). After then I called in Reliance Customer Care. Customer Care Executive said to me “OUR PLAN HAS BEEN REVISED FROM THE LAST MONTH” . So, you will not take any credit for this e-recharge. I told him to that I have not received any information from your side about this matter also shopkeeper the same said.
I wanted to lodge my complaint against this matter and he was not lodged my any complaint and said to me that “it is does not matter“ You should ask to him all things before the charging time.
I never expected this from the most reputed company in India "Reliance". I receive daily so many useless or extra calls or sms from the Reliance. but we do not receive any information if plan or tariff has been changed and who will treat it and who give me this credit which I already paid to Reliance.
