I have been using Reliance Landline for 4 months now. The biggest problem is that they promise something and then they dont deliver.
When I was taking the mobile they told me that it will work anywhere but then I found out it does not work in my room. I had to locate the phone on the terrace of my building to get any reception.
After that tey told me that it will have roaming ( Yes roaming on Landline). I work on Projects and relocate every few months.
Before I took the telephone I asked the person whether roaming will be provided and he assured me that it will be done and it is in the process. But now that I am ready to move and the 3 month refundable deposit period has expired, they are saying it wont be done.
Also Maharashtra, and Goa used to be one CIrcle. Now the wooed Mumbai people with low call rates within this circle, But with effect from 15th December, 2003 Mumbai is now a separate circle and now I have to pay more.
And worse no one told me about it.
I really feel that Reliance is really a Cheat Company and they should be debarred from offerring service.
