My HoneyMoon with reliance india mobile is over!!!!
I suggest you guys distance yourself with india mobile offer.
Reasons:
1)They are not committed to customers.They want to make more customer by false hopes and promises.
2)There is no clarity ie you will get several answer for same questions from diferent infocomm customer care personals.
3)Customer care is hopeless.Do not expect any help from those fools.
4)Billing: I have received first bill and I was shocked.they charged me 95% of BSNL Rate.Earlier they told that for month of march only 55% of bsnl rate will be charged for fixed phone and around 2 rs/min for cell call.
5)I am not able to receive calls from many places. And I have given them details around 1 month back.Whenever I call their C.Care I get same FUTILE, IRRITATING reply it will be ’’sorted out very soon’’. Only God knows what they mean by very soon.
6)Still that 40 paisa/min is not got clearence from TRAI.May be I will be billed in near future if trai disapproves that.
7)and they will you charge you heavily if after subscribing to thier service you want to exit.You will feel trapped as I am.
There are many more which can join the series.
Verdict:Keep away....do not get in the booby trap.
