What a STUPID and Horrible service from Reliance Care.
Let me start with the Useless Customer Service - Customer care people don’t have in-depth knowledge about service on different devices. When I complain against the wrong billing amount., these useless guys have replied that nothing is wrong and assign some LOCAL ROWDY to threaten me and collect the amount from me.
According to Reliance, if I’m accessing Internet via WiFi from a different network, I still need to pay the money to POOR Reliance. USELESS. Guys NEVER EVER Opt-in for Reliance SERVICE. You can’t expect anything BEST from such stupid network.
Their network also keep fluctuating while on call. I don’t encourage my friends or who is reading this to apply for reliance.
Airtel is the BEST, they will listen to your query peacefully and offer you the best solution for customer satisfaction.
