Since I was travelling, I couldn’t pay the charges within time and was delayed by 2-3 days. they charged me Rs. 100 for each late payment and suspended my connection without any prior notice. I wanted to cancel the connection, but they say that unless and until, I pay the amount, they wont terminate the connection. I told them that I am willing to pay the actual charges, but not the penalty for late payment. They won’t agree and the connection is suspended for last one month.
My suggestion to you is if you are planning to go for internet connection, please don’t avail it from Reliance Infocomm. Their reliance net connect is very slow, wont work in many places and goes off in the midst of browsing. Their customer care doesn’t know how to fix the problem at all and are very arrogant.
