PLEASE DONT TRUST RELIANCE
Gives you only mental tension.
Opposite person, who thinks reliance is a good one, will create a negative impression on you, and you become bad, not reliance.
Kindly spare few minutes and suggest me an option wherein I can get the call details(incoming and outgoing)
Its a life time experience for me, am still suffering , but am unable to come out of it, am not finding any solution
I own a reliance post paid mobile...from year 2006, It drove me into lot of problems
Though I was not using the mobile, It was giving "busy" to other person, may be if it happens
one or twice thats fine, but continuously, to avoid this problem, I switched it off, but this created another problem, It was giving a ring to other person, and after a while "busy". due to some reasons I couldn’t disconnect it also.
when I called up customer care, to provide me an option for getting incoming calls, They are saying we cant, what for are they sitting in service centre, they just say, ": how can I assist you?", just for namesake, they are not even bothered to hear my problem, as soon as I start about call details
they avoid me and say, we cant give those? please if any body can help me, with an option of how I can get the incoming and outgoing call details from 2006, please help me..
Please I suggest you, never go for RIM, they are not RELIABLE
