Good Morning Friends, Today I am sharing my experience with Reliance Mobile Operator.
I have been using Reliance Number since last 3 Months & recently requested to port into vodafone.
There are no networks ever in my reliance number & they deduct charges also without any reason.
On 12th march they deducted Rs. 50 for some caller tune when I received a text regarding this service, I immiddiately called their customer care. they told me we had deactivated the service but we are not able to provide any refund. before that also they had deducted my 100Rs. without any reason.
Its 3G internet pack works worst than 2G Internet packs. I will never refer reliance to anyone.
