I had chosen RELIANCE network, for the prime reason that they are Indian. Being a big industry, I expected the good coverage and good customer care. But, the scenario is totally upside down. The coverage is not good and the customer care is WORST than any other network.

My connection was with AIRCEL and without any notice and information they remove the benefits of the rate cutter before its expiry date. Then, I approached Reliance for a prepaid connection through MNP. They convinced me to take post paid as they have an excellent package for the new customers as a special offer and the bill will be around Rs.199+ taxes. But, after my Entry, my bill was only more than Rs.500. I asked the customer care about this, they simply said, "sir! they entered you in different plan till last week, and it has been included in your actual plan only 2 days before. sorry for the inconvenience and you can expect the lower bill amount in the coming months. But, even after I paid only heavy amount and had coverage problems also. When ever I approach them for a coverage problem, they will ask me to take CDMA, for the better coverage.
After fed-up with Reliance, I decided to come out immediately at least from post paid, I gave application for conversion and they said, it will take 2 weeks time and asked me to pay Rs.826 including the forth coming weeks rent and usage. But even after 25 days they didnt convert it. when ever I contact customer care, they will ask me to pay the outstanding amount and say, it will be activated within 48 hours. Every time they will say this standard answer and I have paid Rs.286+ Rs.180+Rs.110+Rs.100. as a outstanding amount and still struggling with them.
Hence, dear friends, with the wounded heart I am suggesting you.
Dont Go for Reliance, particularly Post paid, and very particularly MNP with your Lovely number.
The RELIANCE is the worst customer care I ever heard.
