I used Reliance SIM card in 2010 and feel very much pathetic about this network. Every time I used to recharge my SIM they immediately deducted it making balance almost Nill every time. And when I used to contact their customer service they hardly ever accepted my call. And were always giving stupid excuses like System is busy or Call again after sometime and when I asked them what do you mean by Some time ? Is that 1 hour , or 1 day or 1 year? Their reply was always call us after some time
They never returned my grabbed recharge even after so many requests. And finally I destroyed Reliance Sim card.
Network : Not good enough and not reliable at all.
Customer service : Extremely worst.
Charges and Billing : Worst kind of experience. I never saw anything bad like this.
Recommendations : I strongly advise people not to use it. They are looters
