I am very dissatisfied with Ambani culprits..... Reliance Business try to abuse every Indians.
Let me share the true incident... My friends & relatives usually says that reliance services are bullshits. I deny them each & every time, but I realised that I was wrong. Reliance newly introduced GSM services, had a great impact on Indian Market for fraud, misleading, cheating & abusing customers in monetary. Innocent Customers are blamed & warned by Reliance Employees. I own Reliance GSM Sim Card, I am very dissatisfied with this services as they misuse the name of great actor Mr. Amitabh Bachchan. They have introduced a scheme of dialogues of Amitabh & for that scheme they force each & every GSM customers through telly calling. They just activate this service on customers sim card without any information and deduct amount of their own, when customer claim for money back, they are just abused by saying that 1. you have activated this service through receiving the call & opting for the selection 2. you must have used your R World facility 3. you have activated this service through IVR. 4. we are not going to pay you any sort of money 5. our systems indicates that you have activated on this date & time (but a funny thing is that their system doesn’t indicates for SMSes on customers mobile for activation of services, charges amount & notification messages). 6. We cant do anything, you are not liable to get your money back & we are sorry for that, ... etc.
I request to all Indian Customers that if you are willing to pay money for goodwill of the company better go for their plans & products. Or else don’t get involved in buying this services, do opt for better plan & product of a good company where you dont get stuck in any type of fraudulance.
