I used prepaid mobile connection from reliance and that was one of my blunder. First, I dont know why they keep deducting my balance even if I have not activated any value added service.
If you call to customer care they would put forward different excuses like you have activated this service, that service without showing any need to accept their fault. This is ok if you have done once, but nobody can accept this kind of harassment again and again.
Unless you call customer care they wont refund you the balance. if same kind of things are happening with a person who doesnt know how to call customer care, is not it plundering of money?
