I took a connection about a year back. Right from the day they started billing me, I was produced a bill for someone else- could be a fictitious bill also.
In spite of repeated follow ups, I could not have the error corrected.Then there came the worst part. They disconnected my line. When I visited the nearest webworld, they asked me to pay with a promise that the billing dispute will be resolved in a weeks time.
Since then they are dodging me. In case any of you can post Anil or Mukesh anbani’s contacts, please let me know. Want to give them a piece of my mind.
These guys can’t produce a bill. Then they force you to pay for someone elses’s bills. Just advise anyone you know that they should not opt for this.
